Before a single wall is touched, we invest real time in understanding your space, your goals, and your budget. What you get is a fully rendered plan — LIDAR scans, 3D renderings, material selections, mood board, and a complete cost estimate — so you can say yes with total confidence.
Step 1 — Request a Meeting
Get in touch and we'll schedule a time to visit your home. We'll walk through the space, listen to your goals, and give you an honest assessment of what's feasible — before you spend a dollar.
Step 2 — Design Phase
If you'd like to move forward, we sign a Design Agreement. From there we produce your complete renovation plan — LIDAR scans, site measurements, 3D renderings, material selections, mood board, and a full scope document with a firm cost estimate. You review and approve everything before any construction begins. There's no obligation to proceed to the build if the proposal isn't right for you.
Step 3 — Build Phase
Once you approve the proposal, we sign a Build Agreement and the work begins. Our crew handles demolition through plumbing, tile, fixtures, and final finishing — one crew, one point of contact, on schedule.
Step 4 — Final Walkthrough
Once the work is done, we walk through the completed bathroom with you, confirm everything meets your expectations, and take care of any finishing touches. Your new bathroom is ready to enjoy.
