A Clear, Four-Step Process

Reach out to schedule a free site visit. We come to your home, walk through the space, and assess the feasibility of your project; no commitment required.
Design Phase
This is a paid, standalone design phase. We sign a Design Agreement and get to work: LIDAR scans, site measurements, 3D renderings, material selections, and a full scope document with an exact cost estimate. You review and approve everything before a wall is touched.
Build Phase
Once you approve the proposal, our crew handles the project from start to finish, working with licensed and qualified trade partners where required by law (plumbing, electrical). We take care of building-permit-ready drawings, plan submissions, inspections, scheduling, and procurement. You have one point of contact throughout.
Final Walkthrough
We walk through the completed space with you, confirm everything meets your expectations, and handle any finishing touches. Your new space is ready to enjoy.

Why is there a paid design phase?
Because we design your whole project up front, measured in 3D and priced to the dollar, instead of guessing. This lets you decide with total confidence before you commit to a build.
What if I don't build with you?
You can use the design work either way. Build it with us, take it to someone else, or sit with it until the timing's right. No pressure, no penalty.
Does the design fee come off the renovation?
Yes. Your full design fee is credited toward your renovation when we build it.
What do I actually receive?
A precise laser scan, photoreal 3D renderings, a complete layout and flow plan, material and finish selections, a detailed, itemized cost estimate, and our design services throughout.
How much does it cost?
$500 for a single bathroom with no layout changes, $750 for a bathroom with layout changes or a kitchen, and $1,000 for multi-room or complex designs.
What if the design isn't quite right?
